How We Check Din Tai Fung Prices
Every price on DTF Menus comes from Din Tai Fung’s own official sources — never from delivery apps and never estimated. Here’s exactly how we do it.
Our sources
- Prices and portion sizes come from Din Tai Fung’s official online ordering for South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Last checked: October 19, 2026.
- Dish names and descriptions follow Din Tai Fung’s official US menu.
- Hours, addresses, phone numbers and reservation links come from each location’s page on Din Tai Fung’s official site.
- Allergen notes come from Din Tai Fung’s menu and its official allergen guide.
Our rules
- No guessed prices. If an item has no official online price — for example, dine-in cocktails — we show “—”.
- No delivery-app prices. DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub often charge more than the restaurant.
- Location prices are labeled. Location pages show South Coast Plaza prices as a reference and say so clearly, because other restaurants can charge more or less.
- No calorie numbers. Din Tai Fung doesn’t publish calories for the US menu, so we don’t list them.
How often we update
We re-check prices every month and update hours and new locations when Din Tai Fung changes them. Each page shows the date it was last checked.
